In order for optimal learning and growth to occur, we expect all students to demonstrate positive character traits.  These include kindness, responsibility, integrity, and citizenship.  We encourage students to strive for greater ownership for their own learning.  We attend to individual student needs while also encouraging productive collaboration.  We empower each child to achieve academic excellence in an emotionally safe environment.  We will continue to work collaboratively as a school, with parents and the community. 

The Justin Elementary Staff believes that children are unique in their needs, ability to learn, in the contributions they can make to the school and the community.  We believe that students will read for meaning and have a broad understanding of vocabulary.  We believe that students will be able to apply math concepts to everday experiences.  We believe in providing music, art, and hands on activities to enrich their educational experience.
